The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop highly-qualified candidates and provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage all aspects of a sales and/or operations department. You will work with a professional team that provided a comprehensive training course across several operational departments, providing you with the cross-functional knowledge you will need to successfully manage at RHMC.
